Turnberry

Turnberry located on the rugged west coast, is a world-renowned links featuring the iconic Ailsa Course. Opened in 1906 and extensively redesigned by Mackenzie Ross, it stretches along dramatic cliffs with panoramic views of the Isle of Arran, Ailsa Craig and the Firth of Clyde. The Ailsa Course has hosted #4 Open Championships, with the most famous being the 1977 Duel in the Sun between Nicklous and Watson.
