Connemara

Connemara, often referred to as Ballyconneely, is a stunning 27‑hole links complex set amid the wild beauty of the Atlantic coastline in County Galway. Originally designed by Eddie Hackett and later Tom Craddock, the layout offers rugged terrain, sea views and very good greens. While the front 9 offers visitors a gentle and welcoming start, it’s the back 9 which will have you coming back for more. The par 5’s 14th, 17th & 18th offer such a unique and brilliant finish, it’s certainly worthy of a top 20 ranking.
