Sandy Hills

Sandy Hills at Rosapenna is the 2^nd of 3 links in my top 20 for the Donegal club. Designed and open for play by Pat Ruddy in 2003, its as beautiful as it is tough. Playing the correct tees here is essential and position off the tee is of the upmost importance. Built across natural dunes and undulating terrain, its scenery overlooking the bay and the old course only adds to the enjoyment of your round. I’ve played it twice and it knocked both my socks off!! It’s truly a world class destination and will only get better with time!
